What is vnitpay?
Is vnitpay for everybody?
While everyone can present vouchers to merchants, vnitpay is designed for businesses to handle their petty cash, fuel payments and for some other administrative expenses with vnitpay merchants. It can also be used by individuals to limit access to cash or cards by the domestic staff. For example, your drivers can pay for fuel at filling stations with vouchers.
Do I need to provide my bank account details?
If your goal is to use vnitpay to generate vouchers for your staff or domestic staff, then there is no need to provide your account details. However, to become a vnitpay merchant, we will require additional information from you including your bank details for fund settlement. You will also need to provide your NIN number which would be verified.
Where do I get the VIN number of my Vehicle.
While registering your cars as beneficiaries of vnitpay voucher, you need to enter your registration number with FRSC as well as the Vehicle Identification number. You can get your VIN number from your registration document. This is sometimes referred to as Chassis number.
Do I need to supply my NIN?
No, this is not necessary to get started. But You will need to supply a valid NIN when the total value of the voucher created exceeds 10 million naira (₦10,000,000) or if you want to become a merchant.
How do I become a merchant?
Login in to your dashboard and click on the Accept Voucher Button. This will prompt you to provide additional information to enroll your business as a merchant capable of accepting vouchers.
How do I get my Voucher Processing Terminal?
From your Dashboard, you can create as many terminals as you want for your merchant account and then link each to a POS or Smart Phones. see how to link devices
